In 1991, I started as an interviewer at a Quick Test Mall Facility in Brooklyn, NY. After I graduated from college, I became the assistant manager in 1993 and then Manager from 1994 until 2000. At that time, I moved into a sales position and then became a Director of Sales in 2003. In 2011, I moved on from Quick Test and became the National Sales Director at C&C Market Research. In October of 2020, I resigned and established Face 2 Face Research LLC.
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (1993) and earned a Minor degree in Communications (1994) from St. John’s University in Jamacia, NY. I have an MBA in Marketing & Management (2000) and during the last year of my graduate program, I was selected by the St. Johns University Tobin School of Business to participate in the executive-in-residence
program. In this program, I worked with a team of 12 students to provide a marketing plan for two companies chosen by the SJU Graduate Program because they were having financial difficulties with their businesses. We provided marketing solutions and I prepared and executed the Market Research efforts for both companies.
I have been a member of the Marketing Research Association since 1994. I held the position on the Insights Association Greater New York Chapter Board (MRA/CASRO merged) as President from June 2017 to December 2018. I remained on the chapter board as Immediate Past President until December of 2019. In 2020, I served on the Past President Advisory Board for the chapter. Prior to this, I held a position on the Greater New York Chapter Board as Director-at-Large for two consecutive terms. First Term: 2012-2014 & Second Term: 2014-2016.
